About the Role: The Food and Beverage Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a variety of dining settings, ensuring efficient food and beverage service, and assisting with a variety of front of house and back of house tasks as required. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for: Take accurate food and beverage orders, process transactions, and handle cash or card payments in line with company procedures Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (including espresso-based drinks) and light food items, following established recipes and presentation standards Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining and service areas, including clearing tables, restocking supplies and sanitising surfaces Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages and supplies, assisting with restocking and reporting shortages Support the cafe's inclusive culture by treating all customers and team members with respect and empathy, reflecting Rise Espresso's community focus About You: Available to work Mondays and Tuesdays between 6am and 3pm Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, team oriented setting Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality is highly regarded Attention to detail in order taking, food preparation and cleanliness Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Applications close Friday, June 6th 2025 Due to the high number of applications the interview process may commence prior to the closing date.
