You’ll be immersed in full-scope optometry with strong mentoring, structured training, and the chance to work closely with ophthalmologists and a diverse patient base. The Opportunity Grow your clinical confidence through measured skill development and personalised learning pathways Work alongside experienced optometrists and receive ongoing mentorship No weekends and time off between Christmas and New Year Occasional support visits to Port Augusta and Victor Harbor for variety and exposure to other regional locations What You’ll Be Doing Full-scope optometry including: Eye health and therapeutic management Co-management with resident and visiting Ophthalmologists Supporting a culturally diverse patient base with care and respect Dispensing support (preferred but not essential) Why Join Fire Station Optometrists?
