Hardware systems life cycle support (Installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and disassembly) of camera systems both in-hose and in-field. ? Remote support of fleet systems, including walking operators through system function tests and collecting relevant data. ? Support engineering teams with test and data collection projects ? Hardware maintenance and failure analysis. ? Train/support new hire technicians to support hardware operations. ? Spare hardware management and hardware/tools procurement skills. ? Interacting with other teams in the project to ensure hardware support effectiveness (Fleet, inventory, logistics, etc) ? Review and produce technical guides to improve the hardware support knowledge base ? Produce solutions for new and existing hardware operation challenges Qualifications ? Knowledge and experience with hand tools, light power tools. ? Types and application of hardware. ? Measuring tools and techniques. ? Basic automotive repair. ? Mechanical troubleshooting and repairs. ? Understanding of wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings. ? Working knowledge of ticketing systems (CRM). ? Google Workspace knowledge (G-Suite). ? Self driven time/tasks organization and planning skills. ? Electronics troubleshooting and repairs (preferred but not required). ? Knowledge of Linux (preferred but not required). ? Familiarity with various testing techniques and great hardware troubleshooting skills ? Hardware troubleshooting, installation and warehouse management ? Familiarity with vehicle parts, computer parts , camera parts, PCB etc ? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business. ? Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment ? Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail ?
