About the role: The Trust Administrator will be responsible for delivering excellent administrative support to our clients and internal team. We are seeking someone committed, loyal and enthusiastic eager to excel in customer service. The ideal candidate will manage all trust account functions related to residential and off-the-plan development, working collaboratively in a job share arrangement with other Trust team members. Your responsibilities: Perform bank reconciliations of the Trust Accounts Prepare draft account sales and processing sales deposit transfer (S24, S27 and Settlements) in a timely manner Liaise with vendors, purchasers, legal representatives and sales agents and admins regarding trust queries Provide guidance to admin staff on all trust related matters and ensure processes are followed as per Marshall White standard and policy Maintain accurate records to meet legislative requirements and ensure compliance with the Estate Agents Act and the Sale of Land Act Prepare commission worksheets for off-the-plan property sales.
