The Role: Our Support Services staff are integral to the wellbeing of our residents, delivering high-quality services across Catering, Cleaning, & Laundry. More than just practical support, you will foster meaningful relationships that enhance each resident’s daily life. Reporting to the Support Services Team Leader, the team plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and homelike environment. Duties Include: Maintaining legislated safety, quality, and hygiene standardsCleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and living areasCleaning communal and dining areasCleaning and sorting laundryAssisting with basic kitchen duties such as dishwashing, food preparation support, and maintaining cleanliness in food service areasMaintaining adequate supplies of toilet paper, soap, and other cleaning and hygiene supplies for resident useAdhering to infection control principles and WHS requirements, including the safe storage and use of chemicals, and completing cleaning requirements according to facility schedulesCompleting required documentation and reportingProviding ad hoc support to the broader team as required What’s in it for you?
