We receive growers’ grain into our network, store it and move it to international and domestic markets.Our unique culture empowers our employees to think innovatively and develop their careers in an exciting and supportive environment.About the roleThe Assistant Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing, directing, and leading employees and contractors at sites across our Rudall group while being supported by the Operations Supervisor. In this role, you will support operations planning to ensure we safely and efficiently receive and store grain, while finding ways to improve.This is a hands-on and diverse role which encompasses office-based work, frequent local travel, and collaboration with colleagues across our business.
