The OpportunityWe are seeking a driven and customer-focused Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team, responsible for driving the growth of our Point-of-Care Ultrasound portfolio across the NSW North territory. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and supporting the successful adoption and utilisation of Mindray’s POC Ultrasound solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic plan to drive sales growth across assigned POC areas: Emergency, Anaesthetics/Operating Theatre, ICU, General Wards, Vascular Access, Respiratory, Pain Management, Surgical Care, Clinics, and emerging applications.Promote, sell, and secure orders through a solution-based, consultative sales approach.Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing accounts.Conduct in-person sales calls, product demonstrations, and support product evaluations and trials in collaboration with our Clinical Applications team.Provide exceptional after-sales support, including technical training and troubleshooting.Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, service, and logistics to deliver seamless customer experiences.Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform sales strategies.Represent Mindray at industry events, workshops, and trade shows. About YouProven experience in medical device sales, preferably within ultrasound or related capital equipment.Strong clinical understanding of the hospital environment, with knowledge of POCUS applications highly regarded.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage a busy sales territory effectively.Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (Health Science, Nursing, Medical Imaging, or related) are advantageous.
