A bit about your role As the Senior Problem Specialist, you will lead in-depth, complex root cause analysis across our IT ecosystem. You will be responsible for the complete investigation and resolution of persistent and high-impact problems spanning multiple platforms, including on-premises servers, cloud environments, and enterprise applications. Your role will involve driving technical investigations, managing the problem lifecycle from detection to resolution, and conducting post-implementation reviews. You will also collaborate with teams to proactively manage problems by analysing trends and recommending long-term improvements. Additionally, you will provide compassionate and expert technical input during critical incidents to stabilise services swiftly. A bit about you If this sounds like the role for you, you will likely have extensive experience in configuring and troubleshooting across multiple IT infrastructure technologies and services. You possess deep technical knowledge across complex infrastructure technologies, including load balancers, Kubernetes, containers, microservices, Windows, and Linux. Your exceptional analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and attention to detail will be crucial in delivering high-quality problem investigations. You are familiar with ITIL problem management practices and service management tools, and you have experience with structured root cause analysis methodologies. Your ability to work independently on complex investigations while collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders will ensure the success of our problem management initiatives.
