The purpose of this role is to bring your high-volume internal recruitment experience to support us by attracting and engaging the right talent into the business, while providing a high level of customer service and delivery to our hiring managers. This will be a full time, 12-month max term contract position based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process including (but not limited to) job briefs, proactive sourcing, screening, assessments, conducting assessment centres, offer management, and onboarding, ensuring high-level candidate and hiring leader care and satisfaction Provide a memorable recruitment experience from attraction stage to offer (and beyond), for all successful/unsuccessful candidates Proactively seek opportunities to optimise value-add through processes, technology, ways of working, service offerings etc. Utilising our pre-screening tools, carefully evaluating candidates’ key skills and capabilities to ensure suitability for each role Contribute to continuous improvement through operational and strategic projects/initiatives Continue to build our employer brand, hiring strategies and candidate experience through true talent advisory Utilising data / market insights to support and influence hiring decisions and broader talent acquisition discussions ABOUT YOU Demonstrated experience utilising proactive attraction tools/methods (i.e., LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search, talent pools) to proactively engage with industry talent Being proactive is your second nature and will help you fit into our high performing team that recognises success and true talent advisory Demonstrated experience working within a high-volume recruitment portfolio You thrive in a busy environment; it is something that drives you and offers you the opportunity and stretch to utilise your broad direct proactive attraction approach Ability to interpret data, utilise data/market insights You enjoy a values-driven environment and have a key interest to drive employee engagement within the business Driving a positive candidate and hiring leader experience will be key to your success in this role WHAT WE OFFER We stand together as equals.
