At our Hallam facility, we manufacture high-quality fibreglass panels that form the backbone of refrigerated truck trailers, playing a vital role in Australia's cold chain logistics. As a Production Team Member, you will be an integral part of this process, contributing directly to the creation of these essential transport solutions. This role is paying between $30 - $40 for the right candidates. What you'll be doing: Actively participating in the manufacturing process of fibreglass panels, including tasks such as lay-up, bonding, trimming, and finishing. Operating and maintaining production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Conducting quality checks on finished panels to ensure they meet our high standards. Working collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and maintain a smooth workflow. Adhering to all safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organised work environment. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the plant. What we're looking for: A strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks. Reliability and punctuality. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. A commitment to safety in the workplace.
