Location: Tuggerah | Type: Permanent Full-Time About the Role CatholicCare is seeking a passionate and skilled Therapist to join our Tuggerah-based MST-CAN (Multisystemic Therapy for Child Abuse and Neglect) team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to work on complex, meaningful cases that truly change lives. You’ll deliver in-home and community-based interventions to families where child abuse or neglect has occurred—helping to rebuild trust, safety, and connection. You’ll manage a small caseload , allowing you to focus deeply on each family’s unique needs. Why This Role Stands Out Specialised training in the MST-CAN model— No prior experience with MST-CAN? Experience in family therapy , trauma-informed care , and/or substance use treatment . Familiarity with Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and behaviourally based approaches (desirable).
