With an already successful and well-established location in Westminster, WA, Vividh has earned a strong reputation for serving authentic, flavourful, and traditional Indian vegetarian cuisine. We are now expanding with our second location in Canning Vale, and are looking for a Qualified Chef to lead our kitchen team at this new venue. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand that celebrates regional Indian cuisine and offers a platform for passionate chefs to showcase their talent. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian vegetarian dishes, including Gujarati cuisine, North Indian, South Indian, snacks, and desserts. Maintain high standards in food quality, taste, portioning, and presentation. Contribute to seasonal menu planning and development of regional vegetarian offerings. Oversee food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene practices in the kitchen (HACCP compliant). Supervise, mentor, and support junior kitchen staff. Assist with stock control, supplier orders, and minimizing food wastage. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 1 years of full-time experience as a Chef in a busy Indian or vegetarian kitchen. Specialisation or strong experience in Gujarati cuisine is highly regarded. Strong understanding of traditional Indian spices, preparation methods, and regional flavours. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong team leadership, time management, and communication skills. Qualifications: Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (mandatory). Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management (preferred). Food Safety Certificate (preferred).
