Requirements The Role: As the NDIS Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure the highest quality of service delivery, and lead with a strong commitment to equality, inclusivity, and innovation. You will manage teams, drive continuous improvement, maintain compliance with NDIS standards, and play a strategic role in shaping organisational growth. What you'll be doing: Lead, supervise, and mentor operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. Provide direct oversight and support to participants, ensuring their personal goals and NDIS plans are implemented effectively. Oversee the onboarding of new participants, ensuring a seamless transition into the organisation's services. Deliver performance management, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with leadership to maintain operational excellence. Develop strategies for staff-participant matching to support compatibility and continuity of care. Maintain compliance with NDIS frameworks, implement reflective practice, and align staff performance with organisational goals. Communicate effectively with the Business Manager and internal stakeholders to manage budgets and drive service excellence. Support rostering and payroll coordination, ensuring timely, accurate service delivery aligned with care plans. Implement and improve operational policies and procedures, contributing to their development and refinement. Engage with external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and consistent participant support. Prepare and present stakeholder reports as required for the Director. Champion a positive, inclusive work environment while driving innovation and process efficiency. What you'll bring: Proven leadership experience in the NDIS, disability, or community services sector. Strong knowledge of NDIS standards, compliance, and participant-centered care delivery. Demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for inspiring and influencing others. Operational and strategic thinking, with a focus on sustainable service delivery and social impact. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. High-level understanding of the SCHADS award and workforce compliance. Competency in interpreting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
