New salesforce Omnistudio government initiative to digitise forms $1000 super per day, 12 month initial contract extensions Sydney CBD, Gosford and Newcastle| Hybrid (2-3 Days Onsite) Organisation: Our client is an NSW Government agency undergoing significant digital modernisation. They're currently delivering a greenfield Salesforce implementation as part of a broader reform initiative under the SIRA Regulatory Framework. This program aims to unify and streamline regulatory functions across Workers Compensation, CTP, and Home Building insurance. You'll join a stable and focused team of Salesforce professionals working in a secure, hybrid setup based in Sydney. Role: We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a cross-functional team delivering the technical foundation for this greenfield platform build. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with industry best practices. This role requires hands-on expertise across Apex, LWC, Flows, and OmniStudio, and involves end-to-end engagement from build to post-deployment support. You'll work within an Azure DevOps-driven CI/CD environment and liaise with functional and business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and quality. Responsibilities: Solution Design & Development: Build robust Salesforce components using Omnistudio, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flow. Platform Integration: Develop APIs and web services to support enterprise-grade system integration. CI/CD: Deploy solutions using Azure DevOps, ANT, and change sets across sandbox and production environments. Technical Documentation: Produce detailed technical specs, deployment guides, and user documentation. Testing & Support: Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and post-deployment maintenance. Collaboration: Partner with BA, PMs, and end users to support functional delivery and system alignment. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and implement relevant features. You will have: 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Experience in Salesforce PSS and proficient in Omnistudio & Omniscript. Proficiency in Apex, Flow, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and integration patterns. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments via Azure DevOps. Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, and data models. Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification (Public Sector Solutions certification is a plus). Previous experience working with or within a government department is advantageous. Previous Insurance/Workers Comp experience advantageous
