ecruitment 24/7 has a vacancy for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Ipswich-based team. This is a full-time permanent position, working our standard office hours of 8:24am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. (alternate hours can be discussed depending on individual circumstances). Experience with blue-collar labour hire is preferred. If you are a self-starter, and a team player with the ability to manage your own workload, then this could be the role for you! To be successful in this role you will possess a strong work ethic, the ability to multitask, and be confident in dealing with people from all walks of life. Duties include, but are not limited to: Souring, screening, interviewing and registering candidates. Management and booking of candidate interviews and work placements. Ability to form and maintain client relationships from an existing data base (*via phone and in person). Establish and build new relationships with new businesses. Business development. Site visits & workplace Health/Safety Inspections. Legislative compliance with Pay Awards, Workcover & Workplace Health & Safety. This is a diverse role that requires you to be organized, confident, and well-presented. A driver's licence is a requirement for this role.
