Description On a day to day basis, you would be expected to: Develop and implement HSEQ plans, policies and procedures in accordance with current legislation and standards. Conduct safety audits, identify risks, and propose remedial actions. Coordinate incident investigations and develop corrective actions. Promote a strong HSEQ culture within the company, with a real emphasis on a collaborative HSEQ culture and approach. Deliver HSEQ training and awareness programs to staff. Conduct regular toolbox talks. Prepare and present HSEQ reports to relevant stakeholders. Profile A successful HSEQ Coordinator should have: A relevant qualification in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management or a related field. Experience in the maritime/marine operations sector whilst preferred is not essential. Sound knowledge of HSEQ legislation, standards, and practices. Strong ability to engage with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
