Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the GM of Client Operations and team leaders, ensuring seamless coordination across the team. Prepare, review, and refine reports, presentations and key materials with precision and attention to detail, using Google Schedule, organise, and manage logistics for internal meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes and following up on action items. Maintain and organise key documents, files and data to ensure accessibility and accuracy. Track project milestones, deadlines and deliverables, supporting the smooth execution of operations-related initiatives. Assist with expense tracking and invoice processing, maintaining accurate financial records for review. Support ad-hoc tasks and special projects as directed, ensuring timely and efficient completion. Contribute to daily operations and provide general administrative support to enhance department efficiency. Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and improve the overall client support experience. Identify opportunities for automation, standardisation, and optimisation of administrative processes to enhance productivity. Who are you? Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, etc.) and Google Slides. Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality. Experience in data entry, document management, and handling administrative tasks with precision. Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. Sound understanding of procedures or systems and the ability to adapt quickly to new processes. A basic understanding and a strong interest in the media industry will be an advantage.
