Position Overview Teach courses to college students in Ophthalmic Medical Technology. Minimum Qualifications Doctorate in Medicine, Optometry, or Opticianry required. OR Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree, and Certified Ophthalmic Assistant ( COA ), Certified Ophthalmic Technician ( COT ), or Certified Ophthalmic Medical Technologist ( COMT ) certification required.
