We are looking for a dedicated group of support workers within our organisation that bring together skilled staff to deliver flexible, responsive support where and when it’s needed most. This internal team steps in to fill shifts, maintain continuity of care, and ensure high -quality support across all of our services. You’ll get to work across different areas, meet a variety of participants, and keep the quality of support strong and consistent Your responsibilities will include: Transfers in and out of bed and wheelchairs, using hoists as required Grooming, bathing, dressing and dental hygiene Personal care, including toileting, bladder and bowel management Basic wound care and self medication Domestic support (meal preparation, household duties and laundry) Community access (driving to appointments and social activities) About You We are looking for people who: Are excellent listeners and communicate authentically Can work a fixed fortnightly roster (morning, afternoons, evenings and overnights available) Hold a current driver's licence and have a reliable vehicle Hold, or willing to obtain, NDIS Workers Screening and Blue Cards Are experienced in the field, and/or hold relevant qualifications.
