Identify key opportunities and challenges in the local area to inform marketing strategies. Develop and implement localized marketing plans that align with the overall brand strategy. Customize global or national campaigns for local relevance while maintaining brand integrity. Plan, execute, and manage local marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, events, and partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, PR) to ensure campaigns are effectively executed. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and influencers to enhance brand presence. Organize and participate in local events, sponsorships, and partnerships to increase brand visibility. Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of local marketing campaigns. Use insights to refine and improve future marketing strategies. Use customer feedback to inform marketing decisions and improve local offerings. Skills 2 years' experience in a similar Franchise or Local Area Marketing role Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
