The Opportunity You'll work closely with a team of impressive, yet approachable lawyers and another Paralegal to support the Property Management arm of one of Australia's leading businesses. You'll have hands-on involvement with leasing files across a national portfolio, liaising with property and development managers as you draft leases, licences, option deeds, deeds of work and more. You'll assist with the preparation of option exercise notices, option leases and lease renewals and become an integral part of a busy, but cohesive and friendly team. Reporting directly to a Senior Property Lawyer, you'll join a team that has a commitment to work/life balance; so whilst this role is offered with full-time hours, early start-times and some hybrid working flexibility can be accommodated. (Office hours can be in both Sydney CBD or NorWest.) About you To be considered for this rare opportunity: you will offer three years experience as a Property Paralegal bring experience in commercial or retail leasing and have the ability to self-manage files; and be committed to working as a (Career) Paralegal on a permanent basis.
