This is a full time position based in Muswellbrook, based in NSW. Responsibilities include: Provide exceptional customer service by actioning customer requests face-to-face, via phone, and email. Promote and sell our product range at the counter. Perform general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, receiving goods, and stock counts. Oversee the safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Handle stock control, logistics coordination, and inventory management. Ad hoc delivery driving and maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse. About you: We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will possess: Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members. Previous experience in a warehouse or trade environment is preferred but not essential. High attention to detail, efficient task management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must hold a valid Australian driver’s license. Comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including picking, packing, and handling items up to 23kg. Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role.
