This role demands strong business acumen, operational expertise, and a deep passion for fostering excellence in early childhood education. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership to a team of experienced Area Managers, ensuring operational alignment with high standards and best practices. Oversee business performance, including financial health, occupancy trends, team engagement, and service excellence. Design and implement strategies to optimise enrolments, revenue streams, and workforce efficiency. Build and nurture a culture of professional development and teamwork. Partner with key internal teams to drive improvements and maintain operational excellence. Uphold compliance with all industry regulations, safety requirements, and licensing standards. Conduct site visits to assess program quality, facility standards, and operational effectiveness. About You: A minimum of 3 years’ experience leading multi-site teams in the education, childcare or aged care sector. A strategic thinker with a track record in business improvement and operational optimisation. Commercially minded and able to drive measurable growth across multiple locations. A natural leader, passionate about mentoring and developing high-performing teams. Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and regulatory standard. Experience in business acquisitions.
