Play a key role in administration of Ombudsman Office functions, which currently include Ombudsman Operations (administrative actions and police conduct), Information Commissioner, Judicial Commission and OPCAT. Supervise and manage staff involved in the receipt and investigation of complaints lodged with Ombudsman Office entities and related functions. Investigate, research and prepare complex reports to improve government decision-making and administrative practices.
