LI-Site The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Planner with strong understanding or background in hotwork processing and maintenance. In this role, you will support the Lead Planner with the ongoing development and implementation of various planning and quality processes, whilst assuming responsibility for scoping, estimating, planning & scheduling all mechanical piping work in a designated process area. Responsibilities The key objectives for this role Develop and maintain daily and weekly maintenance plans ensuring that all mechanical systems are functioning optimally to support site requirements Strategically planning maintenance activities minimizing downtime, enhance productivity and expand lifetime of facilities, equipment and structure Prioritize tasks and overseeing the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans Collaborate with maintenance, reliability and hotworks teams aligning planning activities to site requirements Be able to plan for unexpected outages and/or site shutdowns when required Raise and manage work orders, work packs and tasks in work systems (SAP) Conduct site inspections and provide detailed scope of work for delivery Audit work orders and confirm materials available per schedule(s) Attend planning and scheduling meetings, and initiate suggestions to improve plans, execution, overall function and wellbeing of maintenance facilities Contribute to the ongoing improvement of planning systems, master data and planning processes, Qualifications At Wood, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team. Skills/Qualifications 10 Years’ experience within a similar industry or related industry workplace Degree or diploma in Engineering or applicable trade qualification Knowledge of relevant discipline and Industry procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and best practices Previous CMMS experience is highly desirable (SAP) (Primavera) Effective verbal and written communication skills Highly skilled in MS Suite Skills – Word, Excel Actively commits to being a Occupational Health & Safety leader Work behaviours enhance the Company’s reputation Demonstrates discipline, integrity and the ability to influence and challenge others to behave in ways consistent with the interest of the organisation.
