About the Role As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful green spaces for our clients while managing small teams. This hands-on position involves: Participate in landscape construction activities, including turfing, laying pavers, and rectifying paving issues Plant trees, shrubs, ground covers, and other softscape elements according to landscape plans and specifications Prepare sites for softscape installation by clearing debris, levelling ground, and amending soil as necessary Ensure worksites are clean, organised, and safe throughout and after project completion Benefits Monday to Friday work schedule with early start and early finish Competitive hourly rate Work vehicle with fuel card and mobile phone provided Uniform and PPE supplied Ongoing safety training programs and resources available Frequent free team social events Career progression pathways About You Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related fields.
