This role is responsible to promptly respond to service requests, provide facility training and development, provide ideas for local area marketing, assist customers and referrers in understanding suitable care options and support customers through the admissions process into their new homes within the residential aged care facilities. What makes a difference for us? Previous experience in a customer service and sales focused environment. Previous experience within the aged care industry, health care and/or community sector. Highly developed interpersonal skills including but not limited to, internal and external stakeholder management skills and ability to demonstrate empathy for customers. Demonstrated problem solving skills including the ability to identify the best care options to meet customer needs. Proven ability to positively contribute to, and work as part of, a dynamics team in addition to operating independently to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
