Join us in making a difference! About the Role We’re seeking an Apprentice Fitter to join our Stapylton Can Manufacturing Plant. This is a full-time permanent role on a day shift 7am – 3.30pm. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely. Key Responsibilities Working under the supervision of qualified Fitters to complete routine maintenance tasks. Attending TAFE and completing coursework to complete your apprenticeship. Strong safety mindset and adherence to policies and procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing. What You’ll Bring Ideally looking for apprentices in their 4 th year or nearly completed their 3 rd year. Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments a bonus. Mechanically minded and interested in hands-on tasks. Passion for your trade and willingness to learn. A proactive attitude and commitment to safety.
