The Mortgage Operations team is on an exciting transformational journey focusing on customer-centric service delivery and simplifying processes through the One Best Way program. As a Business Analyst in the Continuous Improvement team, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving business practices across all business units within Mortgage Operations. You will be supporting business analysis tasks within projects and programs using methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, IT, and business process management. Additionally, working with various stakeholders across Westpac Group to identify opportunities for improvement, develop targeted solutions, and deliver innovative outcomes. What do I need? 3 – 4 years of experience in business process improvement, data analysis, and business case preparation within Financial Services. Demonstrated experience managing multiple business process re-engineering or transformation projects. Ability to engage with stakeholders effectively, facilitating workshops, and managing relationships to drive and influence project success. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible manner for non-technical audiences. Data Analytics skills, advanced level in Excel (essential). Also must have a basic understanding of data systems (i.e. PowerBi) Tertiary qualifications and relevant experience particularly in project management (desirable) Why join us?
