Following an internal promotion into a newly created position, we’re currently seeking an Investment Manager with strong planning, buying and reporting skills in their core channels as BAU. YOUR TEAM The Implementation & Activation (I&A) team is a dynamic, collaborative group responsible for delivering best-in-class planning and activation across traditional media channels. Fully embedded within client teams, we work closely with stakeholders to bring campaigns to life — from offline and digital media to sponsorships and analytics. This particular role sits within a team who look after a pioneering gaming company who tend to spend quite a bit on OOH executions and custom content partnerships. Linear TV by contrast is not historically a requirement. We’re not all gaming nerds though. We have a friendly, informal team culture with a great mix of backgrounds and genders. What we share in common is having a passion for delivering high quality work for our client and working together as one team to solve problems. We collaborate in the office on Mondays and Fridays , with Tuesdays as mandatory at the client office. As a team, we focus on the output, not the hours in offices - embracing flexible working – as sometimes we need to jump on late / early calls given the regional remit. Ideally flexibility is important to you, not necessarily doing 9-5 in an office every day. YOUR ROLE Location: Sydney The Investment Manager (aka Implementation & Activation Manager) is a critical role, over-seeing activation of client campaigns to ensure best-in-class delivery for clients consistently, whilst also shaping effective, efficient, creative, and future facing implementation plans and media schedules for clients, to deliver business growth. As a Manager you are responsible for supervising elements of team workload to ensure client demands are met and ensure a high level of effective collaboration between team members and key stakeholders. YOUR IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE You will thrive in this role if you’re friendly, confident and have strong planning, buying and reporting skills. The account structure is quite unique so you’ll have a proactive attitude to embrace a lot of initial learning. You’re diligent, reliable and have a positive attitude & problem-solving mindset. You’ll excel with local planning experience and language skills of another relevant market in Asia / IMEA (e.g. Japan / Korea / KSA), but is not a mandate. We can educate the successful applicant on all relevant local markets beyond Australia if required. You may be passionate about gaming or have gaming advertising experience.
