Employee Recognition Responsibilities include: Removing damaged panels and parts from a variety of causes such as hail damage and collision dents Removing dents by hammering panels as well as using paintless dent removal techniques Straightening damaged vehicles and parts using mechanical and hydraulic equipment Replacing badly damaged sections with new or second-hand panels Repairing bumper bar scrapes and scratches by filing, grinding and sanding repaired surfaces By using welding equipment, you will be required to cut and re-join replacement sections Refit locks, trims and bumpers and fit repaired or replacement panels. Spray-painting vehicles for a polished and finished look cosmetically for the vehicle Checking received parts are correct and for defects. Disassemble and Reassemble vehicle. Handle all vehicles with due care and attention. Handle all company tools and equipment with due care and attention ensuring they remain safe, clean and in a workable condition. Adhere to our OH&S policy including PPE. To ensure that you are successful in this role you will possess/demonstrate: AQF Certificate III in related area Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Strong attention to detail.
