They are looking for someone to manage their client care, including developing new business, and have oversight of the assessing team to ensure a first-class service. As this role is essential to the growth of the business, you will be well rewarded. You will be part of the management team reporting to the operations manager. Responsibilities - Creating, developing and nurturing client relationships. - Oversee the whole assessment process of restoration projects. - Management of client communication and updates, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. -On work completion, you will review all reports, site forms and costings. Requirements - Previous tenure in the restorations sector (assessing or team leading a preference). - Experience estimating restoration projects of significant value. - Proven ability to win and develop new business opportunities or confidence to do so. - A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. - Confident and can clearly communicate with clients and team. - Proficient IT skills.
