Job Title: Head of Performance Marketing Location: Banksmeadow, Sydney We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Performance Marketing to lead paid media efforts across key digital platforms. This role is critical to driving customer acquisition and shaping the growth of a fast-moving, data-driven brand. Responsibilities Develop and optimise performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Klaviyo and more Own and improve key KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, and LTV Lead campaign creation, media buying, creative briefing, and performance analysis Manage paid media budgets and scale acquisition efforts Build dashboards and reporting tools using GA4, Looker Studio, etc. Drive testing across creatives, targeting, and user journeys Oversee internal team members and external agency partners Collaborate closely with Creative, eComm, Product and Email teams Stay informed on platform updates and industry trends Qualifications 3–5 years in digital/performance marketing (ideally in DTC eComm) Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools Confident with budget management, data analysis, and reporting Proven ability to drive measurable growth and lead teams A strategic thinker with a test-and-learn mindset Bonus: Experience with SQL or BI platforms Benefits Opportunity to lead and shape a high-impact growth function Collaborative and fast-paced working environment Direct influence on company performance and trajectory Think you're the right fit?
