About the role We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at Elders Nicoll & Ireland, Bathurst on a permanent full-time basis. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors while supporting the day-to-day operations of our Property Managers and Sales Agents. This is a pivotal role for the branch that will see you play a critical role supporting the branch administration including responding to client enquiries, receiving and sorting deliveries, banking, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for: Providing timely, friendly and professional customer service Maintaining the branches presentation to be clean and welcoming Support with the banking, purchasing, account reconciliation and reporting Manage and sort incoming/ outgoing mail and deliveries Provide high level administrative support as directed About you To succeed at Elders, you can: Demonstrate previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role Interpret legislation and understand the local Real Estate industry Show proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems Effectively communicate with a variety of demographics, written and verbally Collaboratively work in an energetic team environment About Elders Elders is one of Australia's most trusted and iconic companies with a diverse portfolio of businesses.
