About the Role: Be the go-to support for a fast-paced business, managing the day-to-day administrative tasks for the Managing Director. Handle calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Assist with onboarding, IT support, and drafting job descriptions. Prepare reports, presentations, and key correspondence. Maintain office supplies and liaise with external suppliers Assist in event planning and internal communications Maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail. Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information. Proven ability to work proactively and remain calm under pressure, with sound problem-solving capabilities. High level of interpersonal awareness and the ability to adapt effectively to different people and situations.
