About the Role: Shadbolt Group is seeking a skilled Boilermaker to join our team in South Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated, and reliable professional to contribute to the fabrication and welding of structural steel and metal components. Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding in workshop settings Fabricate and assemble structural steel and metal components Interpret and work from technical drawings Maintain high-quality standards and adhere to welding procedures Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment What We’re Looking For: Experience with welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc) Proven experience in boilermaker and metal fabrication Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Strong health and safety awareness Qualifications: Certificate III in Metal Fabrication High-risk licenses (Forklift, EWP, or Rigging) Confined Space and Working at Heights Certifications Pre-employment medical clearance and police clearance required Why Work With Us?
