Our client, family-owned business with over 30 years of success in the Construction and Fencing industry are seeking fence installers to join their expanding team across Sydney and the Central Coast. About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in construction or fencing who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You will be at the heart of the factory operations—cutting materials, preparing loads, and ensuring the safe operation of the yard. Key Responsibilities: Measure and cut aluminium and steel for fabrication Load and unload materials onto trucks Operate a forklift (licence required) Pick, pack, and organise materials for jobs Communicate clearly with team members, subcontractors, and delivery drivers Maintain tools and equipment to ensure safety and function Housekeeping of the yard and compliance with WHS standards Complete daily paperwork including pre-start safety checks What you will need: Australian Driver’s License White Card (Construction Induction) Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) Previous experience in fencing, construction, or building trades Welding experience with aluminium (desirable, not essential) Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-focused attitude If you are seeking longevity with a reputable family-owned business, who pride themselves on supportive team environment, please apply by following the link below.
