Key Responsibilities: Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability. Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure materials meet project-specific requirements. Process accurate purchase orders and coordinate with internal teams to manage stock levels. Monitor inventory, track deliveries, and resolve any order or stock issues. Conduct cost analysis to identify savings and support procurement budgeting. Monitor market trends, negotiate competitive pricing, and maintain accurate pricing records. Collaborate with estimators and project managers to ensure accurate job ordering. Review supplier contracts, ensure policy compliance, and manage procurement-related risks.
