Dubbo, NSW | NSW Government Full-Time | Flexible working hours - 35 hours per week | Contract to 31 December 2025, potential for extension $51.43 per hour Super (PAYG) | $51.43 flat rate (ABN) On-site role – No WFH option About the Role: As a Business Support Officer, you will deliver a range of high-quality administrative and business support services to ensure the efficient operation of the team. This is an identified role , suitable for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander candidates, and offers a stable government contract through to the end of 2025. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team/unit Manage, store, and retrieve business information in line with guidelines Prepare documents, presentations, and reports using relevant technology Maintain and improve administrative systems and filing procedures Coordinate meeting arrangements and manage communication flows Assist with reception duties and act as the first point of contact Work collaboratively across teams to ensure smooth operations About You: Strong experience in business administration or office support Excellent organisational and time management skills Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Understanding of and commitment to working respectfully with Aboriginal communities Essential Requirements: This is an identified position under Section 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW) and is open to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants only.
