The venue is a large scale operation which encompasses many revenue streams, with a large staff base. It is extremely popular for big events and also captures great local trade. Job Description As the Operations Manager / 2IC, you will be accountable for the ongoing execution of all tasks related to the successful operation and commercial success of the venue. You will guide and build your team while overseeing a wide array of product offerings spanning traditional on-premise drivers including food, beverage, functions, and gaming. The role will enable you to cover all aspects of the business as well as continue to foster strong community relationships. Candidate Profile To be successful in this role you will have: Experience as a Manager in a large food, beverage and gaming venue The ability to recruit, develop, lead and motivate your team A genuine passion for hospitality fuelling a hands-on approach and being the face of the business Complete understanding of regulatory compliance across food, beverage and gaming Accustomed to managing teams of 30 A strategic mindset focused on incremental revenue growth Offer This role is based in NSW, offering a strong remuneration package and potential for sponsorship.
