We’re now looking for a Dental Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Wentworthville dental centre. What You’ll Do Lead and support a team of dental assistants Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth clinic workflow Support dentists and build positive patient relationships Drive service excellence and patient retention Manage appointments, billing, stock orders and lab coordination Handle patient feedback and post-treatment follow-ups Maintain WHS, infection control, and accreditation standards Contribute to recruitment and staff onboarding when required Ensure a clean, welcoming front-office environment Escalate repairs or issues to relevant support teams Be the centre’s go-to person – the glue that holds the team together What You’ll Bring Experience in dental or healthcare administration Knowledge of D4W software (highly desirable) A background in exceptional customer service Skills in rostering and staff coordination Strong organisation, multitasking, and time management Familiarity with infection control and WHS standards A proactive, friendly and respectful communication style Why Join Us?
