We are looking for an experience production manager to join a leading business in the shopfitting industry and be part of a dynamic and supportive team. The production manager will be responsible for the following: Managing and motivating the manufacturing team & drafting team Provide leadership, training and development of the team. Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and maintaining high quality. Report on job progress and troubleshoot any production issues. Identify and implement new strategies to advance company efficiency. Liaise with builders and architects. Contributing positively to a collaborative team environment and maintaining a positive work culture Oversee and lead 2-3 drafters and ensure projects on schedule. About you: Trade qualified cabinet maker or shopfitter. Demonstrated experience as a production manager, drafting manager or similar role, ideally within shopfitting Drafting knowledge advantageous Be a great communicator and problem solver.
