Maintenance and Parts Coordinator – Port Hedland, W.A The Opportunity Toll Group and the Toll Maintenance team in Port Hedland W.A are on the lookout for a dedicated Maintenance and Parts Coordinator to join our team. This role combines the responsibilities of a Parts Interpreter and a Workshop Maintenance Coordinator, ensuring seamless coordination of parts and maintenance activities within our workshop. As the Maintenance and Parts Coordinator, you will, but not limited to: Receive and store products, components, and spare parts efficiently.Ensure accurate and efficient picking of orders and update stock records.Monitor and maintain stock levels for scheduled preventative maintenance.Report variances to the Workshop Manager and liaise with suppliers as needed.Plan and manage vehicle service bookings with all stakeholders.Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers and third-party maintenance providers and suppliers.Ensure high levels of vehicle service compliance and paperwork completed thoroughly.Complete all quality assurance and administrative tasks as required.Submit signed timesheets, leading hand diaries and prestart checklists.
