What You'll Be Doing Provide senior clinical leadership within the Allied Health Palliative care service provision, including optimisation of patient care delivery, as well as supporting the mentoring and development of staff.Responsible for a clinical caseload of patients across the lifespan, with complex needs who are approaching or reaching the end of their life in the community or as an inpatient, across the FWLHD.Participate in the planning, implementation and evaluation of occupational therapy services to palliative care patients across the FWLHDWork with the multidisciplinary palliative care team to develop key performance indicators for the service to guide quality improvement and/or research initiatives.
