Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Identify root causes across OS, pipelines, scripts, and cloud systems. Analyze & Monitor Logs: Use OpenSearch, Grafana, and AppDynamics for system insights. Vulnerability Management: Patch systems and ensure security compliance. Lead Change Management: Utilize ServiceNow and act as a change champion. Automate & Optimize: Reduce manual efforts through scripting. Ensure System Reliability: Provide production support and incident resolution. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in production support (mid-to-senior level) Strong experience and knowledge of Azure, OS troubleshooting, and deployment topologies Experience with log analysis tools (OpenSearch, Grafana, AppDynamics) Strong Experience with ServiceNow and change management processes Proficiency in Python and Java (preferred) A problem-solving mindset with excellent collaboration skills
