DXC.com What you will be doing Reporting to the Director Total Rewards APJMEA, you will be responsible for managing compensation and benefits programs for DXC’s 6,000 Australia, New Zealand and Fiji employees. You will be a key member of the Asia Pacific Total Rewards team, working closely with business leaders and team members across the region to design and implement compensation and benefits programs that help DXC deliver our people programs and growth strategy. Work closely with Regional Head of Total Rewards to support the delivery of regional and global remuneration and reward programs across ANZ, including annual salary review cycle, short term incentive management, long term equity planning, superannuation/pension programs, overall benefit offerings. Act as an internal consultant to business leaders and HR on all compensation and benefits matters, to support DXC’s high performance culture Conduct job evaluation and remuneration bench marking in line with DXC’s global job architecture. Lead the salary benchmarking process to ensure DXC’s salary data accurately reflects industry trends and movements. Work with external consulting firms such as Aon and Mercer, to ensure the accuracy of salary benchmarking data to aid decision making. In conjunction with HR, ensure ongoing compliance to relevant Award, Collective Agreement and other statutory requirements. Work with external alliance partners to ensure DXC’s Benefits programs remain competitive to aid attraction, retention and overall employee engagement. Provide insights to DXC’s business leaders through regular and detailed data analysis on labour costings and overall Reward program effectiveness Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across all remuneration and benefits processes and programs Conduct reward analysis to provide insights as required including market trends, surveys, estimates etc. Provide ad hoc remuneration advice and support to leaders and employees within the business to support a high performance culture and high levels of employee engagement Conduct research & analysis into market practice, external competitiveness and internal equity to deliver high quality benchmarking services Partner with DXC’s HR Business Partners, HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, Industrial Relations/Employment Law team and other internal POC’s to ensure DXC’s Total Rewards strategy aids business growth and employee engagement objectives. The skills you will bring Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, Finance, or other related area 5 years industry experience obtained within remuneration, benefits or finance Demonstrated experience in delivering competitive and engaging Total Rewards programs A strong understanding of Australia and NZ employment laws, including Award and other statutory obligations Advanced Excel skills, accompanied by experience in data analysis and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and business partnering skills along with project management and program development skills. Creative thinking, problem solving with demonstrated experience The ability to work in a complex matrixed environment, work with ambiguity and with simultaneously competing priorities Experience in Workday HRIS is desirable. Your working environment This is a hybrid role, with office locations in Macquarie Park and CBD, but will also provide a flexible work environment where you can work from home 2-3 days per week.
