Opportunity to build a career and take up different development opportunities Responsibilities: Lead the yard team on day to day running of the yard Assist with unloading and preparing orders Train the team, onboard new starters and assist with roster creation Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements and run "toolbox talks" Greet and serve all customers to provide an excellent customer service experience Keep the yard neat and tidy at all times To be considered for this role you must demonstrate: Previous experience leading people Prior experience in the Timber and Hardware industry is advantageous A passion and ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build great relationships Ability to grow and develop yourself and the business Exceptional time management skills Achieving high levels of productivity and efficiency from staff All applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.
