Downer Energy & Utilities business has opportunities for experienced Leading Hand to join our dynamic team within the Greater Western Water Renewals contract, based in Campbellfield, Melbourne. You will play a pivotal role in our mission by assisting in the safe and efficient delivery of water/wastewater related projects and minor capital works. ABOUT YOU Site Proficient: Have Leading Hand experience within the plumbing or water renewal industry. Attend & participate in Toolbox meetings. Complete daily company administration and paperwork. Carry out daily pre-start and unskilled maintenance on all company and hired equipment. Team Oriented: Have an ability to work effectively within a team with well-developed communication skills and a commitment to safety. Site Qualifications: Drivers Licence and/or HR Truck Licence, White Card, First Aid Level 2 plus CPR (highly desirable but not required). Pre-employment Checks: Hold full working rights in Australia and the ability to complete a pre-employment medical.
