Description The ROLE As a Panel Beater at Hazell Bros you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of equipment from small cars to large earthmoving equipment, trucks and buses! Commitment to maintaining high-quality workmanship Perform a wide range of restorations to internal and external customer vehicles Assess damaged vehicles and determine the appropriate repair process Complete repairs in line with OEM standards, job sheets, and repair methods Use specialized tools and equipment to straighten, reshape, and align vehicle panels and structures Willingness and ability to support and mentor team members including apprentices. Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures About YOU Cert III in Panel Beating or close to obtaining your trade certificate Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment within a small team Willingness to work on a variety of plant and equipment Passionate about what you do and the quality of work that you produce Fibreglass experience is desirable, but not essential Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail Safety orientated with a positive can-do attitude Strong written and verbal communication skills What we offer YOU There is nothing more important at Hazell Bros than having our workforce return home in a fit and healthy state at the end of every working day.
