The Opportunity Thanks to continual growth across the business, a Tyre Centre Manager opportunity has become available in their West Wyalong branch in the gorgeous Riverina Regions of NSW. They are committed to ongoing investment and support of the store to ensure it becomes the leader in the area, which will offer long term career growth and opportunities. Day to day, the role looks like: Managing a growing team 3 and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, prioritising exceptional service. Drive sales and profitability, whilst embedding the store in the local community. Sock and inventory control, as well as ensuring safety and compliance. Training, mentoring and supporting the team. About You If you have a strong track record in the tyre industry, and are entrepreneurial and a strong people leader, this is for you. Ideally you will have: Experience in sales and forging new relationships. A proven track record in the tyre industry coupled with leadership experience. Tyre store exposure and a knack for running and improving day to day operations. Stock and inventory control expertise. Hands-on tyre fitting experience.
